1) Players of this lottery must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older, and must use a major credit card of Visa debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario address.

2) Tickets will be sold online using the electronic lottery system supplied by Raffle Nexus.

3) Tickets will be sold at a rate of – 3 for $10; 40 for $20; 150 for $50.

4) There will be 1 draw that will occur on April 21, 2025 at 12:00 PM.

5) The winner will be determined by random-number generator draw. The winner will be contacted using the information they provided at the time they purchased the ticket.

6) Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the Prize Winner. Any prizes, which are not claimed, will be placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize will be donated to a charitable organization approved by the AGCO.

7) Draw results will be announced on Studio 180 Theatre’s Instagram, Facebook and website.

8) By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow Studio 180 Theatre to use purchaser’s name without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.

9) Proceeds from Studio 180 Theatre’s 50/50 raffle will support its charitable activities including: producing theatre plays for the general public, providing theatre-based workshops for high school students from across the Greater Toronto Area, supporting the development of new Canadian plays, and coordinating and executing audience and community outreach events.
